Aminooxy CF633 (aka CF633 hydroxylamine or CF633 aminooxyacetamide) is a far-red fluorescent dye with an aminooxy reactive group, which can be used to label a target molecule with an aldehyde or ketone group. Aminooxy group readily reacts with an aldehyde or ketone group to form a stable linkage without the use of a reducing agent. CF633 dye is brighter and far more photostable than Alexa Fluor? 647 when excited by the 633 or 635 nm laser (download the CF633 flyer for more information).
