Polyclonal anti-FLAG (DYKDDDDK) is designed to detect FLAG tagged fusion proteins. The antibody recognizes the epitope tag fused to either the amino- or carboxy- termini of targeted proteins. This product is prepared by labeling high quality polyclonal rabbit anti-FLAG IgG (H+L) with the red fluorescent dye CF594. CF594 is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor? 594 and Texas Red? dye but yields much brighter protein conjugates due to its high quantum yield and exceptional water solubility. CF594 also has excellent photostability ideal for demanding applications, such as confocal microscopy and single molecule imaging.
