Fluorophore conjugates of dUTP can be used in place of dTTP in standard DNA labeling and synthesis protocols to generate fluorescent dsDNA and oligonucleotide probes. CF405S is brighter and more photostable than Cascade Blue. Please note: CF405S-dUTP has been used successfully for TUNEL staining of cultured cells, but may not be suitable for TUNEL staining of tissue sections.
